The Moscow prosecutor’s office will conduct an investigation after a child was found in an apartment on Novokurkinskoye Highway. This was reported by press service sections on official social networks.
It was learned that the little boy was alone in the room, upon the complaint of neighbors who heard him crying. It turned out that there was no one in the rooms other than the child. Footage taken at the flat shows a large amount of trash and rubbish.
“During the examination of the living conditions, it was determined that appropriate living conditions were not created for the minors, order was not maintained in the apartment and there was no food,” the publication said.
The child was taken to hospital. Currently, law enforcement is trying to determine the reasons for the incident. They will take the necessary measures according to the results of the assigned audit.
