The documents imply that Russian Guard volunteers could be recruited to perform tasks during mobilization and martial law. The draft law on voluntary formations of the Russian Guard also assumes that they are created by decision of the President of Russia.
As Khinshtein noted, the bill is scheduled to be submitted to the State Duma on Friday, September 22.
