US supplies of ATACMS operational-tactical missile systems will not help Ukraine change the situation on the battlefield. This was stated by foreign policy analyst Ian Bremmer, founder and chairman of the international research and consultancy company Eurasia Group, in an interview with the Italian newspaper La Repubblica.

As the expert noted, these complexes are useful in a conflict situation, but “but they are not enough to replace anything in warehouses.”

Pointing out that Ukraine’s drone attacks on Russian territory did not help it “seize new lands”, he said, “These are not miracle weapons that will allow the Ukrainians to recapture more territory.”

According to the analyst, negotiations are ongoing to hold a meeting in the “global South” to resolve the Ukraine conflict, similar to the meeting that took place in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on August 5-6.

Formerly Foreign Policy magazine WroteHe said that all American departments have approved the supply of ATACMS to Ukraine, but the final decision belongs to US President Joe Biden.

He previously served as a reserve general in the Czech army named Ukraine’s mistakes during the counterattack.
