Philippine Foreign Affairs Secretary Enrique Manalo said the country would welcome the increase in tourist flow from Russia RIA News.

“The Philippines has beaches, sun, warmth and so much more. Surfing, deep sea swimming. Generally anything you like,” Manalo said.
