Deputy Executive Director of State Defense and Military Technical Cooperation of Kurganmashzavod (part of the High Precision Complexes of the Rostec state corporation) Roman Khromov said that the 2S25M self-propelled anti-tank gun (SPTP) can become unmanned. This was reported by RIA News.
According to him, today the crew of the 125 mm SPTP can work entirely on data from Zavet and receive target designation through a communication channel.
He emphasized that the next step is to make an unmanned version if the main customer requests it.

The 125-mm 2S25M self-propelled anti-tank gun, created primarily for Russian paratroopers, passed state tests in the first half of 2022. It can hit enemy armored vehicles with bullets and missiles from a distance of more than five kilometers.
