According to the research, more than half of the employers surveyed allow employees to work exclusively in the office (64%), a tenth of respondents offer the opportunity to work remotely, and about a quarter organize work in a hybrid format.

68 percent of those who send their employees remotely do not want to bring them back to the office. Most (77%) are sure that in this format it is easier for employees to plan and manage their lives not only at work.

Among its advantages is that you do not need to leave the house in bad weather or spend money on renting an office. It is also stated that working remotely helps employees increase their productivity and avoid being late.

Recruiters who want to send their employees back to the office state that it is easier to resolve work-related issues in person. They are also sure that working in an office helps unite the team and better control the efficiency of staff.
