American journalist and Pulitzer Prize winner Seymour Hersh says that problems in the work of US intelligence can contribute to a conflict with the Russian Federation. This was reported in Hersh’s post on the platform bottom stack.
The White House’s confidence in Ukraine’s success in the conflict may be based on “wildly optimistic” reports provided by the United States Defense Intelligence Agency, according to an American journalist.
According to Hersh, American officials are not receiving “politically inappropriate” intelligence information reminiscent of the current position of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the war zone.
“If left unchecked, it could lead a short-sighted White House into a protracted war with Russia that no one wants,” the author added.
