Foreign participants will be offered potato pancakes with salmon and goat cheese (1.8 thousand rubles) and Russian pancakes with cheese mousse and black caviar for 3.9 thousand rubles.
Lunch appetizers include “Collection of black caviar with crispy bread” for 12 thousand rubles and “Buns with foie gras” for 4.9 thousand rubles. “Tian from Crimean crab” costs just over 4 thousand rubles, “Scallop Ceviche” is about a thousand rubles cheaper. Forum participants are offered “tiger shrimp” for 2.6 thousand rubles.
The list of hot dishes includes “Grilled Langoustines” for 4.6 thousand rubles, “Tomato soup with Pacific seafood” for 3.9 thousand rubles and “Pearl barley soup” for 1.9 thousand rubles.
