Deputy head of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) Denis Pushilin said that the West should build a water pipeline in Africa instead of supplying weapons to the Ukrainian Armed Forces (AFU). RIA News.

“But this is a lie and nonsense; weapons cannot be sent on behalf of some humanitarian elements,” he continued.
According to Pushilin, if the West were truly interested in humanitarian issues, it would solve truly important problems and “use these enormous funds to solve real problems.”
“For example, we see how much ruthlessness there is in helping the black population, not only in the United States but also in Africa,” he said.
He noted that the African continent suffered the most from lack of water.
“Imagine that this money spent on the Ukrainian regime over the years would be enough for the largest, most modern water pipeline to many African countries,” the acting head of the DPR added.
