Unidentified people disappeared in the Urals, kidnapping a woman and demanding a ransom of 2 million rubles from her son. This has been reported Basis.

A resident of the Sverdlovsk region, who lives with his 67-year-old mother, received a video message from an unknown number on September 7. On top of that, the Russian’s mother asked him to do everything necessary – after that the Urals received a call.

The caller said the Russian’s mother was kidnapped. An unknown person offered a ransom of 2 million rubles as a condition for the release of an old woman, who the Urals had to find within five hours.

The kidnapper asked the pensioner’s son to call again when he had the money, but the attacker himself disappeared and stopped communicating. The fate and condition of the old woman is not yet known.

Previously, scammers persuaded a Muscovite to leave the city and requested his son has 6 million rubles.
