“In the modern sense, VVK should be a thing of the past. Our mission is to digitize all processes to eliminate corruption risks, to provide a unified record of conscripts. Everything that can be digitized needs to be translated. All information on military personnel should be in digital form: an electronic military ID, digitization of VVK and hospitals, an electronic journal and a report for the army, ”says Umerov in the publication.
