Uncertainty about how the current geopolitical conflict will end is growing: the West is increasing risks, Russia is trying to prevent an all-out war. This statement was made by the director of the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) of the Russian Federation, Sergey Naryshkin, in an interview with the magazine. “National Defense”.
“The decisive trend in the military-political sense is the further intensification of the geopolitical conflict, which has long entered a hot phase,” Naryshkin stressed.

The director of the Foreign Intelligence Service considered Russia’s project of “international isolation” a “clear anachronism”. He noted that alongside the growing uncertainty about the outcome of the “geopolitical conflict”, the forces on the world stage trying to prevent an all-out armed conflict are getting stronger.
