The incident occurred in a parking lot in the Shirokaya Rechka district. According to eyewitnesses, a drunk passer-by acted inappropriately, provoking the drivers in every way and interfering with them. He threw himself under the wheels of cars, tried to call the police and even tried to attack some road users who allegedly stole his phone.
“At that moment, I was holding it in my hands. He threatened to break the beer bottle he had put on his head because I splashed him out of the puddle.
