Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed that the possibility of simplifying reporting for socially oriented non-profit organizations (NPOs) be considered. This is stated in a post on the website. Kremlin.

“Consider simplifying the reporting of charitable, voluntary (volunteer), and socially oriented nonprofits, including automation of reporting processes,” the instruction text says.

Earlier it was reported that Putin set aside 2 billion rubles for the competition of presidential grants for non-profit organizations that, among other things, provide assistance to victims in Donbass.

Prior to that, Putin signed a law that allowed to indicate in the birth certificate not the actual place of birth of the child, but the place of registration of the parents. The relevant document is published on the official Internet portal of legal information.

The legislative initiative was called in after the reform of the obstetrics system, the closure of maternity wards in some urban and municipal areas, and the associated women now being taken to the nearest perinatal centre.
