57% of the respondents take 2 weeks off. 28% rest for a week to 10 days. 67% of respondents believe this is enough to start over and distract attention from business processes. 12% believe that the minimum vacation should be three weeks to fully relax.
At the same time, only 21% of respondents want to return to work after the holidays. 17% want to return and work remotely, and 34% of employees are not at all ready to return.
58% of the respondents were completely “turned off” from their business processes. 27% agree in one way or another – answer calls and messages, complete documents.
After a vacation, 32% of respondents experience a state of enjoyment and satisfaction with life. 27% experience rapid burnout because they have to immerse themselves in work processes. 18% said they enjoyed the first week after vacation, but it soon turned into a routine.
One out of every three participants is considering quitting their job after the holidays. The same number is ready to change the type of activity, retrain and restructure business processes. The desire to improve qualifications and improve in the current workplace appears to be on vacation for 19% of respondents. 12% plan to ask for a pay raise after the holidays.
