Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on his Telegram channel that he discussed military cooperation with Prime Ministers of North Macedonia and Croatia, Dimitar Kovachevski and Andrey Plenkovic.
The politician thanked North Macedonia for the political and military support of Ukraine and the preparation of a new defense package.
Zelenskiy also said that he had discussed with Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic a new defense support package for Kiev. In addition, the parties separately raised the issue of agricultural exports of Ukrainian products, including Croatian ports on the Danube and Adriatic.
Zelensky visited the Netherlands and Denmark last week. According to him, the negotiations in Amsterdam were a “breakthrough”, and he agreed to transfer 42 F-16 fighter jets to Kiev. Dutch Prime Minister Rutte noted that there are only 42 such aircraft in the country and it is not yet possible to say with certainty how many of them will be delivered to Ukraine. Denmark has promised to supply 19 fighter jets to Kiev. At the same time, some media outlets write that this will not happen before 2024. More details – in the material “socialbites.ca”.
