Ukraine’s Verkhovna Rada has proposed to enact the inadmissibility of territorial concessions in favor of Russia in order to end the conflict with it. This was reported by the Ukrainian agency UNIAN with reference to the document.

According to the agency, one of the authors of the project is the head of the Verkhovna Rada spokesman Ruslan Stefanchuk.

“It is unacceptable to stop the war by making any territorial concessions to the aggressor state,” the agency said in a statement.

The deputies also emphasized the need for the complete withdrawal of Russian forces from the territory of Ukraine and the impossibility of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation to remain on the territory of Crimea.

It was noted that people working for the Russian structures in Crimea could avoid criminal liability if they “actively contributed to the disclosure of crimes committed by the occupation authorities and structures”.
