In Ukraine, the director of the regional mental health center is suspected of selling fake certificates to fugitives. This was reported by the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI).

According to the ministry, the man was running such a business together with his colleagues and a law enforcement officer. Second, it helped the doctor find suitable clients.

The alleged attacker demanded $1.5k for a certificate. Thus, the psychiatrist earned more than $100,000 each month.

A criminal case was brought against a doctor and a law enforcement officer on the basis of accepting an officer’s offer, promising or obtaining unlawful benefits. The court can sentence them to up to 10 years in prison and confiscate their property.
