The meeting on the case of the illegal sale and attempted illegal sale of drugs was held in the Padunsky District Court. The defendants in the case – a 59-year-old woman and her 26-year-old son – were found guilty of the crime.
In November and December 2020, relatives who had been convicted of a narcotic drug illegally sold a substance containing heroin in the city. During this time, they were involved in three criminal cases, as the investigation managed to prove.
Thereupon, the mother and son were arrested and taken into custody. Packages containing banned substances with a total weight of 60 grams were found in their homes, and they were confiscated.
Taking into account the opinion of the public prosecutor, the court sentenced the woman to 13 years in the general regime colony and her son to 14 years in the strict regime colony.
