Shortly after, they received a call from a person who said he had seen them. announced that he sold his dog online for 200 euros, but that he had no money to pay for it so that he could save it and send it back to its owners.
Trap
The victims trusted this person’s goodwill and were trapped because they were desperate to save their loyal friend and Transfer immediately. The scammer didn’t actually know where these dogs were, but instead used information he gathered from “Wanted” ads posted by their owners.

The suspect was residing in Ceutí, so Ibi agents went to the Murcian municipality and arrested him. He was charged with ten fraud charges and the proceedings initiated before the competent court of Molina de Segura.
