A resident of Primorsky Krai, where a dam broke due to heavy rains, told socialbites.ca that his family’s house in Ussuriysk was flooded at night. According to Irina, in the morning mom and dad were released to the detention center on their own.
“Last night my family’s house was flooded. Water came out the door quickly, literally within an hour. At midnight the water was already in the house. Right now there is more water than waist level and it keeps coming. I begged them to go to the detention center today in tears. The parents themselves were evacuated there, fed. Now they are taken to some kind of boarding house, where sleeping places are deployed and dinners are arranged, ”said Irina.
