He added that he was offered other vacancies at HSE – a passport officer, a dishwasher and a chief accountant. But the doctor of economics “did not find himself qualified to occupy such interesting positions.” Lipsitz added that he has been living abroad for three years and has been teaching distance learning during this time.
Lipsitz has been working at the Higher School of Economics since its founding in 1993. He was awarded the Order of Merit of the Fatherland 2nd class and the Order of Merit of the Fatherland 1st class.
