“We created a reserve of 40 beds, including 10 resuscitation beds,” Vorobyov said.
The governor stressed that after the explosion, people were evacuated from all buildings and workshops of the Zagorsk Optical and Mechanical Plant for safety.
“Windows were broken in residences on Osipenko and Karl Liebknecht streets. We will certainly take care of anyone whose apartment was damaged in the explosion. In total, 38 apartments were affected and now management companies are bypassing these apartments.
