The amendments propose to amend the draft law on the rights of citizens of the Russian Federation to conclude a contract for participation in operations of the Russian army abroad while in military service or in reserve.
For those with the rank of soldier, sailor, sergeant, foreman, warrant officer and officer in the first category, the age limit increases from 35 to 40 for the second category, and from 45 to 50 for the third category. – 50 to 55 years old.
For citizens in the mobilization reserve with military ranks of senior officers, it is proposed to set the age limit at 65, for junior officers – 60, and for those with other ranks – 55. At the same time, the age limit for being in the mobilization reserve for reserve citizens with military ranks of senior officers remains at the level of 70 years.
