The 4th Russian Creativity Week Forum ended in Moscow. More than 3,000 people visited the Lomonosov INTC business program this year, more than 6 million people watched the online broadcast of the sessions, and 150,000 people visited the festival section at various venues in Moscow, the forum’s press service reported.
This year, the forum’s business program was held in a cross-industry format and the main discussion topic was “The image of the future of creative industries”. The sessions brought together leading market experts, representatives of authorities, development institutions, education and culture.
This year we set ourselves the task of seeking feedback from key players in Russia’s creative industries, technology companies and ecosystems, regions and federal authorities. As a result, the forum’s program has been incredibly rich and fruitful,” said Marina Abramova, director of the Russian Creative Week forum and head of Creative Economy.
Natalya Tretiak, Director General of JSC Prosveshchenie, noted that the center of the creative economy is man, his creativity and intellectual activity.
“The fundamental mission of the Enlightenment is to contribute directly to the development of the creative economy through the creation of products and services that enable the development of human resources,” Tretyak said.
Within the framework of the Forum, the Digital Television media holding and the Institute of Modern Media (MOMRI) presented the results of the all-Russian “Generation of Movie Heroes” survey. According to the results of the survey, “Brother” and “Brother 2”, generation X (from 41 to 60 years old) and Russians from Y (26 to 40 years old), and generation Z (from 14-25 years old) took 10-e place.
The Forum also hosted the presentation of the Atlas of Creative Clusters in Russia. Atlas not only formulates a definition of existing clusters, but also formulates criteria that will help to clearly define what creative clustering is and what other types of creative fields are.
The main event of the forum – plenary – was traditionally attended by the best speakers and representatives of the creative business community. Sergei Novikov, head of the Russian Presidential Department of Public Projects, said that the pressure of sanctions and the cleaning of the internal market are great opportunities, and therefore the state creates conditions for the development of creative industries.
