On July 7, the Southern District Military Court in Rostov-on-Don will begin to examine the largest criminal case against 18 members of the Aidar national battalion (the organization was considered extremist and banned in the Russian Federation). “They are accused of vigorously seizing power and changing the constitutional order of the DPR (part 4 of article 34, article 323 of the DPR Criminal Code) and participating in the activities of a terrorist organization (part 2). The lawyer also noted that all the defendants will personally participate in the process.

20 June Military Court of the Southern District of Rostov-on-Don prisoner Denis Murygu, a Ukrainian nationalist, fighter of the Aidar battalion, was sentenced to 16 years in prison.
