The Ministry of Health of Ukraine published on its Telegram channel recommendations on what to do in case of an explosion at the Zaporozhye NPP.

According to these recommendations, residents of a potential radiation accident site should be prepared for evacuation in case of an explosion in the ZNPP. It’s also important to pay attention to follow-up messages and follow instructions from local authorities.

In addition, the Ministry of Health recommends carrying an “alarm bag” containing personal documents, a mask or respirator, spare clothes and shoes, wet wipes, as well as small amounts of water and food.

A day ago, the IAEA reported that the Russian Federation informed the agency about kamikaze drone attacks on the switchgear system of the Zaporizhzhya TPP, which was previously linked to the Zaporozhye NPP.
