Russia is ready to consider Finland’s proposals to maintain ties between states, taking into account Helsinki’s accession to NATO. This was expressed in an online briefing by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.

Earlier, Finnish authorities announced plans to tighten restrictions on Russian entry.
