Doctors in Primorye managed to save the thyroid gland of a woman who had been injured in the neck by a harpoon. It has been reported DEA News with reference to the regional Ministry of Health.

According to the department, his cottage neighbor shot the victim with a harpoon. The surgery was successful, the organ was saved. Doctors consider such a wound fatal, but the arrow did not touch vital organs.

“The wound was revised under general anesthesia, the thyroid gland was partially damaged, the gland was saved after the foreign body was removed. The operation took an hour and a half and was successful with minimal blood loss,” the Ministry of Health said.

Formerly RIA Novosti reportedthat a resident of Primorsky Krai, who seriously injured people, stole electricity from his neighbors in the country.

The prosecution reported that in the village of Trudovoe, a man burned another local resident by 60 percent using a flammable liquid, and then pierced the woman’s neck with an arrow.
