Moscow Planetarium talks about the activity of the meteor shower Southern Delta Aquarids

The South Delta Aquarids meteor shower will peak in late July. It has been reported TASS With reference to the press service of the Moscow Planetarium.

It was noted that the maximum activity of the stream could be observed on the night of 31 July.

“According to the estimates of the International Meteor Organization, [в ночь на 31 июля] 25 meteors are expected per hour. This meteor shower is best observed in the Southern Hemisphere, where the brightness rises above the horizon,” explained the planetarium.
