Authorities Ukraine They accused Russian troops of breaking the dam 60 kilometers from the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station on the Dnieper River to the city of Kherson. The Southern Command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported that the infrastructure was destroyed and stated that it was investigating the extent of the damage and the speed and amount of water that would affect possible flooding areas.
