‘Masterchef’, ‘Survivors’ and ‘Brothers’ compete for the audience today

‘Masterchef 11’ returns tonight at La 1 at TVE (22:35). On this occasion, applicants will dine in luxury and refinement at Oroya Restaurant, led by Peruvian chef Diego Muñoz and located at The Madrid Edition Hotel. Before baking, designer Eduardo Navarrete will visit them, who will play a decisive role in the test. The menu they will prepare was designed by Diego Muñoz and is a clear reflection of his Peruvian roots. In the screening test, black aprons will have to copy dishes created by six young chefs who are revolutionizing cooking and increasing the value of local produce through innovation: Lucía Freitas (2 Repsol Suns), Javier Sanz of A Tafona restaurant and Juan OBA restaurant Sahuquillo (2 Repsol Suns), Sobretablas Camila Ferraro (1 Repsol Sol) from restaurant and Javier Ferraro and Gorka Rico (1 Repsol Sol) from AMA restaurant. Gastronomy critic Alberto Luchini will facilitate the task by providing valuable information for the conduct of the test.
