According to the investigation, the man made improvised explosives in 2016, blew up trading kiosks in Donetsk and extorted money from entrepreneurs, and in 2018 he began to cooperate with the Security Service of Ukraine. He is accused of orchestrating a series of explosions in the Donetsk People’s Republic, including blowing up a railway bridge in 2019, spying on police and preparing an assassination attempt on them.
