Armenia found a weapon to replace Russian weapons

Armenia’s Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan said that on the backdrop of the problems in this area in the relations between the two countries, the country “searched and found alternatives” instead of buying weapons from Russia. It has been reported Armenian State Television.

According to him, Armenia is conducting intensive negotiations with many countries regarding the purchase of arms.

“We have already received results for some of them, negotiations are continuing for the other part. The Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia seeks and finds alternative solutions until the problem of arms supply in the relations between Armenia and Russia is resolved.

Grigoryan added that he plans to discuss this issue with a colleague from Russia at a meeting of the secretaries of the Security Councils of the CSTO countries.

Earlier, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan told CNN Prima News that Armenia’s not Russia’s ally in the conflict in Ukraine.
