The broadcast on the Telegram channel “Strana.ua” reported that explosions occurred in Nikolaev, Ukraine, and the launch of Caliber missiles was heard.
“The governor of the Nikolaev region (Vitaly) Kim urges residents of the Ingul region in the regional center to be careful,” the publication says.
Later, the mayor of Nikolaev said that after the explosions, fires appeared in the city.
The governor of the region emphasized that the blow fell on an open area and said, “There is no loss of life.” Kim later added that she had a shrapnel wound “after her arrival”.
The publication claims that two explosions were heard in the city.
According to local media, the explosions were heard before the air raid alarm sounded.
