As noted in his anamnesis collected by Doctor Vasily Vasilyevich Kramer, Vladimir Lenin could not have been infected with malaria in 1893. This was stated in an interview with socialbites.ca by a doctor-researcher, head of the gerontology department of Moscow State University MOIP. MV Lomonosov, Dr. Valery Novoselov.

“It was also written: “At that time, he did not get sick, except for repeated bouts of malaria, which was expressed in general fatigue, headache and mild fever.” And now “watch his hands”: the man went to Europe and actually lived there until the beginning of 1917. “There was no malaria in Europe at that time. It is now known that if a person leaves the focus of malaria, he will heal himself within a few years. This is the opinion of malarologists at the level of WHO specialists,” explained Novoselov.

The expert believes this means that persistent headaches that come and go are not related to malaria. The only diagnosis that can explain this condition is syphilis.

The diary shows that Lenin had a “slightly high temperature”, indicating the presence of an infection.

“I think the infection occurred during the Samara period (1889-1993). Because at that time he had a severe “malaria”. Maybe it was. And he caught syphilis at the time of illness or at some stage of treatment. But it is possible that there is no malaria in sight. How does Kramer finish? “A transcortical lesion in the background,” he writes … – and a gap, there is nothing there, ”Novoselov explained.

Syphilis is an infectious disease, the causative agent of which is primarily transmitted through sexual contact. However, according to the expert, he could have infected Lenin through the home at that time.

“In those years when there was a lot of wound surface, there was not only warm, but also clean water – syphilis could be transmitted in another way. Moreover, there were certain routes of transmission that are impossible to imagine today, ”the expert concluded.
