The court found the 36-year-old man guilty of willfully causing grievous bodily harm that resulted in the victim’s death. The crime was committed on the evening of April 29, 2022, when a relative of the convict celebrated his birthday.
While drinking alcoholic beverages, a resident of Izhevsk took an ax in the hallway and broke into a neighboring apartment. She attacked her owner there and hit him in the head at least twice with the butt of the ax and then kicked the victim several times.
He conceived the murder out of a long-standing personal distaste for the victim. The victim died shortly after his injuries.
