The other day, the “southern” group of the Russian Armed Forces in the Donetsk direction was able to destroy more than 285 soldiers and mercenaries of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This was expressed by Lieutenant General Igor Konashenkov, the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
According to a representative of the Ministry of Defense, the Ukrainian army also lost 17 pieces of equipment in this direction.
“The last day, 9 sorties were carried out by aviation in this region. The group’s gunners completed their 98-shot mission,” Konashenkov explained.
As noted, the Ukrainian army suffered losses in the form of two tanks, three infantry fighting vehicles, four armored personnel carriers and four vehicles.
In addition, during the special operations, the RF Armed Forces destroyed two Akatsiya self-propelled howitzers and a Gvozdika self-propelled artillery mount.
Also in the Russian Ministry of Defense approvedthat the actions of the two Ukrainian DRGs were stopped in the direction of Kupyansk. According to the representative of the Russian Ministry of Defense, the daily losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (APU) amounted to 170 soldiers.
