Psychologists from Texas International University have identified the sexiest shape of the female breast. The results of the research have been published magazine genders
It is generally accepted that the female breast is sexually attractive because it shows its reproductive value. Considering that men find women’s breasts attractive, women may compete with each other for attention. This is an intraspecies competitive factor studied by the study’s authors.
Scientists have identified three parameters that affect the attractiveness of the breast: its size, the stage of sagging (sagging) and the distance between the breasts. The researchers then took a sample of 189 women who were shown various photos of the female breasts. Participants were asked to describe the feelings and thoughts they felt while viewing the photograph.
As it turned out, women perceived large breasts without sagging and with a small distance between the breasts more often as a threat. According to the participants, when looking at such breasts, they think more about their appearance, dieting and wearing revealing clothes. Men find this type of breast the sexiest.
At the same time, if the breast is simply large, but there is ptosis and a large interbreast space, then women do not find it attractive. According to the study’s authors, they will repeat the study with a larger sample in the future, as well as examine the shape and exact size of the udder and their effect on competition within the species.
