Ukraine’s Deputy Defense Minister Anna Malyar said that Russia is producing and testing new weapons. She said this on the broadcast of the Ukrainian TV channel Pershiy.
According to the deputy head of the division, Russia is currently establishing the production of certain types of weapons and continues to test new weapons. Malyar noted that when the Russian army’s capabilities increase, they “do something”, and when they decrease, they “stop”.
He also added that the Ukrainian military sees Russian air strikes as an opportunity to test and improve its air defense capabilities.
