“The decision also applies to family members of SVO participants who died while on duty during the conflict,” the message said.
It was noted that SVO participants can study at the Institute for the Development of Vocational Education, the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration and Tomsk State University. At the same time, subsidies are provided to employers for the employment of this category of citizens.
