The statement said, “In Vuhledar, mass destruction of high-rise buildings that the Ukrainian Armed Forces made a base began with ‘smart bombs’.”
It is noted that the Ukrainian army has long placed lookout posts on the roofs of residential buildings, with which they fix the fire.
