A Moscow court fined the Wikimedia Foundation, the owner of the Russian-language Wikipedia internet encyclopedia, 1.5 million rubles for refusing to extract information about the Akhtyrka battles in the Sumi region during a special military operation in Ukraine. It has been reported TASS.
