Tulsa King was one of the weight titles that SkyShowtime landed in Spain a little over two months ago. It’s a gangster drama that has its first season on the platform this week, oscillating between comedy and mafia intrigue. Sylvester Stallone, allegedly in the lead role; and Terence Winter, co-writer of The Sopranos. One of the biggest action movie stars of the ’80s and ’90s, the actor plays Dwight Manfredi, a mob boss who is banished to the city of Tulsa by his bosses after serving 25 years in prison. Aware that he is in the twilight of his life, Dwight wants to make his mark on the world and is trying to establish his own organization in a place where America is empty and we are not used to the way Cosa Nostra works.
