April 12 Federation Council approved the law in the combined register of military records and electronic agendas. On April 11, the State Duma adopted at the second and third readings amendments to the creation of a unified electronic register of military registers and electronic agendas.
Maksut Shadayev, Head of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation knowledgeablethat the unified register of persons responsible for military service will not be launched before the autumn draft of 2023.
