Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation to collect and prepare data on the crimes committed by the Nazis during the Great Patriotic War and the current Ukrainian regime in order to establish a stable civilian position.
