Nintendo He hit the mark with the video game focusing on Plumber Mario and Luigi.. Its creator, Shigeru Miyamoto, is the producer of this animated feature film, which is not intended to convince anyone who is already unconvinced. It’s a film with a certain nostalgic point, as it revives the classic style of this series with minimal modernization.. Almost all action sequences are filmed like the original and vintage video game, with similar aesthetics, movement and sound. The plot reproduces Mario and Luigi’s first game encounter with the Koopas king, the giant tortoise Bowser, to defend the Mushroom Kingdom and its princess.
The first scenes before entering the parallel kingdom of Mushroom show the best of invention, plumbing turned into a fantastic adventure.. The sequence in the bathroom of a typical New York bourgeois couple, and then in the bowels of Brooklyn’s flooded sewers, has a physicality that disappears when two brothers like Dorothy enter the realm of Oz as they travel through time. Space until you fall into the luminous world of Mushrooms and the sinister world of Koopas. Although the footage is short, the film unnecessarily stretches out a few sequences because the plot doesn’t allow for more.. Mid autumn, allusions to the primitive vehicles of the ‘Mad Max’ saga and a road made of wavy rainbows.
