State Duma Deputy Vasily Vlasov addressed the head of the Ministry of Labor Anton Kotyakov with a proposal to introduce payment for working parents for the care of a disabled child under the age of seven, transmits RT with a link to the corresponding letter.
“To support families with young children with disabilities, I ask you to consider the advisability of bringing a monthly payment of 10 thousand rubles to care for a disabled child under the age of seven, regardless of whether the parent is working or not. ” – indicated in the text of the appeal.
He noted that one of the conditions for receiving payments today is that the parent should not work in parallel. At the same time, according to him, situations such as taking care of the child of a single parent or looking after the child of a parent working from home are not taken into account.
