According to the source, Ruslan Smirnov, a 31-year-old resident of Syktyvkar, lives in a two-story wooden house on March 8 Street. The man came to the neighbors in the apartment in a drunken state and started swearing. He promised to blow up the house with an F-1 bomb if the women didn’t go.
