According to the source, Ruslan Smirnov, a 31-year-old resident of Syktyvkar, lives in a two-story wooden house on March 8 Street. The man came to the neighbors in the apartment in a drunken state and started swearing. He promised to blow up the house with an F-1 bomb if the women didn’t go.

Law enforcement officers arrived at the scene. They evacuated residents and the attacker was detained during the attack.

The grenade turned out to be fake. According to a local resident, he found it in the forest.

Ruslan Smirnov, 31, was previously convicted of “illegal vehicle possession” and twice “for using violence against a representative of authority”.
