Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said at a government meeting that regions will independently determine the criteria for the maximum allowable share of expenditure on housing and communal services. It has been reported TASS.
According to Mishustin, the relevant resolution has already been signed.
“The regions will have the right to independently approve the criteria by which the maximum allowable share of citizens’ rental expenditures will be determined,” the minister said.
He explained that the situation in the economy of the subject and the income level of the families are better known by the regional administrations. Therefore, a targeted approach to people can be provided in the allocation of assistance.
